Getting started – What happens

1. First we meet with you to assess the feasibility of your project. We listen, we make suggestions and between us come to a firm idea of what you want and what can be achieved.
2. Based of the first meeting we produce a firm estimate of the cost of your project that will normally apply for three months.
3. When our estimate is accepted by you we get our design team to prepare all the detailed plans necessary to submit for your planning and Building control consent
4. Our design team will focus on the production of a design to faithfully reflect your ideas. They will concentrate on creating the maximum space in the new project while conserving the maximum space in the existing building
5. Finally when the plans are approved by you will be submitted them to the Planning Department or Building Regulations department.
